    On the two days of 13-14 December, 2004, SEAWUN collaborating with United State Agency of International Development (USAID), United State – Asian Enviromental Partnership (US-AEP) and Thailand’s Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) organised sucessfully a regional workshop on Achieving Full Cost Recovery for Water Utilities in Four Seasons Hotel, Bangkok.

    Full cost recovery (FCR) is one of SEAWUN programs in 2004, which is defined as being able to meet operational costs (power, labor, and chemical inputs), depreciation, and debt repayment.
